Description : I. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be a DOT-Accredited Tour Operator
2. Terms of Payment: Government Procedure / willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement.
3. Must be flexible to make adjustments in schedules and timelines, if necessary; and
4. Must be PHILGEPS registered
5. Suppliers must submit their quotation with a cost breakdown to differentiate the service fee and the amount to be earmarked for the payment to third parties or other proprietors. Otherwise, tax withheld will be credited from the total contract price
