I. BACKGROUND

In line with the Department-s product development initiatives to sustain its presence in the Guam market, particularly under the Health and Wellness Tourism product, the Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) pursues a Media Familiarization Trip Program in partnership with Philippine Airlines (PAL) and their preferred/top media participants, covering Boracay, Tagaytay and Manila on September 22 to 26, 2025 composed of five (5) international participants and one (1) OPD staff/coordinator.

Hence, the Department is in need of services of a local tour operator or travel agency in the Philippines engaged in the business of providing tours and ground handling services in connection with the upcoming Media Familiarization Trip.
