Description : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
● Must be PHILGEPS Registered;
● Must be accredited by the DOT;
● Must be willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement;
● Must be located in Cebu City; and
● Must submit their quotation with a cost breakdown to differentiate the amount of service fee and the amount to be earmarked for the payment to the third parties or other proprietors. Otherwise, tax withheld will be credited for the total contract prize.
SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES
Provide ground arrangement with provisions for accommodations, full board meals, round-trip domestic airline tickets, land transportation, and a technical tour.
A. Transportation Service Requirements: Must be DOT Accredited.
Chartered van service for forty (40) pax and three (3) buses for one hundred (100) pax within Cebu, inclusive of professional driver-s fee, meals, expressway tolls, parking fees, and applicable environmental charges:
