I. BACKGROUND

In line with the Department of Tourism-s continuing efforts to strengthen the Philippines- position as a top of mind travel destination for the Indian market, the Office of Market Development will implement a Familiarization Trip for Content Creators and Celebrity Influencers from India.

This is also in line with the Philippine-India Cooperation Agreement and Implementation Program on Tourism Cooperation for 2025 -2028, which seeks to increase the Indian tourist arrivals to the Philippines and strengthen bilateral relations.
