Description : A. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Company currently utilizes Office Productivity Suite licenses of varying editions. Specifically, 11 existing laptop units are installed with a Home and Student-level office suite, which lacks certain applications and features required for full corporate operations (e.g., email client, database tool, and publishing software).
To ensure uniformity, compatibility, and standardized functionality across all workstations, the Company seeks to procure a Professional or Business-level Office Productivity Suite with complete desktop applications suited for corporate use.
