The ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (ZSPI) formerly KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2018 intends to apply the sum TWO HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php 247,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Tools and Materials for Partition Works of 3rd Floor CENTEX Building Phase 1 use.
Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Procurement will be conducted in consonance with Section 53.9 Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rule and Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”....
