1) The Province of Cebu, through the 2025 General Fund intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS AND 00/100 (Php10,156,320.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND INCIDENTALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC PARK IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU, PEOPLE-S PARK, CAPITOL SITE, CEBU CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
