The Province of Cebu through the 2025 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE PESOS AND 69/100 (Php4,937,943.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS, AND INCIDENTALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ECO-FRIENDLY SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM, MINGLANILLA DISTRICT HOSPITAL, MINGLANILLA, CEBU Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS, AND INCIDENTALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ECO-FRIENDLY SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM, MINGLANILLA DISTRICT HOSPITAL, MINGLANILLA under Advertisement No. CPG-25STP002. Completion of the Works is required for the period of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) calendar days.
