1. The Province of Cebu through the 2025 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR PESOS AND 62/100 (Php11,640,674.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS, AND INCIDENTALS for the ASPHALT OVERLAY OF CEBU SOUTH BUS TERMINAL DRIVEWAYS, N. BACALSO AVENUE, CEBU CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS, AND INCIDENTALS for the ASPHALT OVERLAY OF CEBU SOUTH BUS TERMINAL DRIVEWAYS, N. BACALSO AVENUE, CEBU CITY under Advertisement No. CPG-25RA001. Completion of the Works is required for the period TEN (10) calendar days
