Invitation to Bid for
PURCHASE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR ROAD CONCRETING OF BARANGAY PATHWAY

1. The Barangay Hilaan, Bontoc, Southern Leyte, through the 20% Economic Development Fund of 2025 Budget, intends to apply the sum of Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (Php 60,895.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Construction Materials for Road Concreting of Barangay Pathway. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Hilaan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
