  Requirements shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
  -Daily cleaning and maintenance of office, hallways, lobbies, stairways, restrooms and other common areas
  -Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping of floors, walls, furniture, fixtures, windows (interior), and equipment surfaces
  -Cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and replenishment of toiletries
  -Proper collection, segregation, and disposal of trash and waste
  -Periodic general cleaning (e.g., wall washing, window cleaning, floor polishing) as required
  -Other janitorial-related tasks as may be necessary to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the office premises and the surrounding open areas
