The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through Source of Fund: SP Res.# 1306-2024 AO #56, Series of 2024 20% DF, Capital Outlay (300)/ Responsibility Center:8918-006(25)intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Construction of River Control along Ilaya Tayasan River on the Lower Part of Ilaya Tayasan Bridge, Barangay Palaslan Tayasan, Negros Oriental”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
