1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through the Source of Fund: SP Res. #1306-2024 AO#56, series of 2024, 70% PDRRMF, Capital Outlay (300) with Responsibility Center: 9998-06(25) intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Five Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php21,560,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Construction of Flood Control along Tanjay River, Pamplona, Negros Oriental”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 234 Calendar Days.
