We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements To furnish labor and equipment for the Hauling, Transport, Treatment and Disposal of 715,000 Kgs. of Infectious and Hazardous Hospital Waste at the Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital with an ABC of P15,000,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT - Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 35.1 of the revised IRR of RA 12009.

Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on June 18, 2026 (Thursday) at 1:30 in the afternoon at the BAC Conference Room, Ground Floor, Convention Hotel, Capitol Area, Dumaguete City.
