PURCHASE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 226,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. To be used for CBMS Data Processing, Data Storage and Network. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Printers, Monitor and Router. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
