Instruction to Bidders:
1. The tire brand/model to be offered by the supplier must be known to
the Philippine market for at least 10 years or more
2. Supplier can quote for more than one brand/model for each item mentioned above,
provided that it must be clearly indicated for what type of vehicle to avoid confusion
3. Supplier must provide free tire balancing and camber alignment and valves.
4. Tires must be manufactured in 2024 or later

Approved Budget Contract: Php480,000.00
The following documents must be included in the submission of
price quotation:
1. Mayor's/Business Permit
2. PhilGEPS Registration
3. Omnibus Sworn Statement (Notarized)
