Tender are invited for Tipping and Hauling of Municipal Solid Wastes

Description : Funded under the General Fund, intended for the tipping and hauling of municipal solid wastes:

1. There will be 56 hauling periods in total.
2. The Municipal Solid Wastes to be hauled are residual and recyclable wastes.
3. Biodegradable and hazardous/infectious wastes will not be hauled.
4. The hauling point will be at the Municipal Residual Containment Area (RCA) and Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Barangay Taleb, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.
5. The contractor must have a 47-footer truck trailer bin with 84 cubic meter capacity to haul the stored solid wastes at the Municipal RCA and MRF.
6. The contract price is inclusive of all expenses and fees for diesel, salaries of the hauler's personnel, tolls, repair and maintenance and the tipping fee for the dumping of solid wastes at a Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Accredited Sanitary Landfill
7. Hauler must forward a weight report to the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office two (2) days after hauling.
8. The hauler must also be responsible and observe necessary precautions for the safe transport of the solid wastes.
