  Description : Scope of Work:
  1. Site Preparation:
  o Inspect the stage surface for existing damages, cracks, or uneven areas.
  o Remove old flooring, debris, and dust to ensure a clean, level surface.
  o Apply necessary repairs to the subfloor, including filling cracks or leveling uneven areas.
  2. Material Preparation:
  o Supply high-quality tiles as specified (size, color, and finish per approved design).
  o Prepare adhesive, grout, and other materials required for installation.
  3. Tile Installation:
  o Lay tiles evenly and accurately, maintaining proper alignment, spacing, and pattern.
  o Ensure proper adhesion of tiles to the subfloor using recommended adhesives.
  o Cut tiles as necessary to fit edges, corners, and obstacles.
  4. Grouting and Finishing:
  o Apply grout between tiles, ensuring uniform joints.
  o Remove excess grout and clean the surface thoroughly.
  o Seal tiles if required for added protection and durability.
