Description : Supply of labor for the thermal scanning and load balancing of the
electrical panel board located at LLDA Building

Scope of works:
No. of electrical panels in the building - 40 panels

1. Initial assessment of the electrical load schedule of the LLDA building
(these include the submission of necessary as-built electrical load schedule
by the end-user to the service provider)
2. Electrical audit at the LLDA building (these include the required audit of
the actual electrical load profile at the building to determine the course of action
necessary for the load balancing works)
3. Rectification of the load (load balancing works to be done at the electrical panel board)
4. Perform thermal scanning to check the electrical panels to determine for any possible
defects in the electrical panels.
5.. Preparation of report (these include the voltage and ampere test records,
load/phase balancing of the building electrical panel board and its assessment report)
6. Submission of certificate to cover the works done at the LLDA electrical panel board.
