The Supply of Ambient Air and Water Quality Sampling Services- Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Management Office

1. The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through 2025 Annual Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P4,356,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply of Ambient Air and Water Quality Sampling Services - for Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Management Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services shall be made by the supplier in accordance with the terms specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of Philippine Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
