  INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF UNIFORMS FOR
  THE ATHLETES, COACHES, OFFICIALS AND TWG DURING THE
  2025 EVRAA MEET
  1. The Department of Education - Division of Samar, through the 2025 Provincial Special
  Education Fund (SEF) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Seven
  Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (2,497,250,00) for The Procurement of Uniforms
  for the Athletes, Coaches, Officials and TWG During the 2025 EVRAA Meet being the
  Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
  be automatically rejected at bid opening.
