Description : The Barangay Magallanes, Nabas, Aklan through its local budget approved by the Sangguniang Barangay, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE PESOS & 60/100 ONLY (Php. 227,961.60) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the supply of construction materials under the contract for The Procurement of Materials for the Rehabilitation of Water System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Magallanes Barangay Council of Magallanes, Nabas, Aklan now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of Construction materials. Completion of the supply of goods is required within fifteen (15) days from start of Contract. Bidders should have successful experience as supplier of goods in at least one (1) contract of a nature equivalent to the procurement in the last two (2) years with single contract cited to be at least fifty percent (50%) of value of estimated contract cost of the procurement under Bid and have an annual turnover from all supply contracts averaged over the last two (2) years equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the va...
