Description : The Northern Samar Irrigation Management Office, through

•GAA- EPIP CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Nine Million Ninety One Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety and 41/ 100 Pesos (Php 29,091,890.41) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Makiwalo SIP NSIMO #23- 2025- Construction of Solar Powered Pump Irrigation System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Northern Samar Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Completion of the Works is required. To wit;
