1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the TRUST FUND LDRRMF 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P1,050,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Technical and Scientific Equipment for PR No. 300-25-03-0968. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA now invites bids for the 3 units Electromechanical Siren. Delivery of the GOODS is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within a period of five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, with a value of at least (50%) of the ABC and to meet other eligibility requirements stated in the Eligibility Documents.
