Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE THIRD-PARTY VALIDATORS IN THE CONDUCT OF VALIDATION FOR GRADUATED ENHANCED NATIONAL GREENING PROGRAM (ENGP) SITES FOR THE RELEASE OF 10% RETENTION FEE TO PARTNER CONTRACTORS
I. Scope
This activity covers the conduct of inventory and validation of NGP plantation sites funded under the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 for release of 10% retention fee based on the prescribed forms and corresponding deliverables. This shall be done through sampling. If two or more NGP Graduated Plantations will be sampled for inventory, the inventory shall be simultaneously carried out by the Third-Party.
II. Specific Objectives of the Inventory
To determine the survival rate of the plantations vis-a-vis the height of the planted seedlings based on the reported average stocking density per hectare;
Document other observations based on the prescribed format.
III. Responsibility of the Third-Party Validators/Service Provider
