Description : Termites Abatement Maintenance and General Pest Control Program of PEZA Properties

1 lot Soil Treatment (General Treatment and Quarterly): Application of a liquid termiticide solution at a rate of
4 liters per linear meter to exposed soil around the building edge or outside the perimeter. Its vapor
phase ought to produce a microclimate in the soil that is fatal to subterranean termites including all soil
insects
1 lot Drilling (General Treatment): All wooden door jambs on the ground level will have the bottoms drilled,
and chemicals will be sprayed using a pressurized sprayer to create chemical barriers against termite
penetration and to halt more damage and termite infestation.
1 lot Wood Drenching (General Treatment): Preventive procedures like surface treatment by spraying on all
infested wooden structures of the building, such as door jambs, cabinets, baseboards, partition walls,
cornices, and others in order to stop termite and woodborer infestation and to stop further
destruction or recurrence.
