FOR THE PERIOD APRIL 1, 2025 TO DEC. 31, 2025
Service Requirement:
1. One (1) year warranty
2. Atleast once a month monitoring and maintenance until Dec. 31, 2025

Scope of Works:
1. Placement of termite baiting stations w/ timber interceptors
2. Placement of termite attractants onto the ground.
3. Through inspection of the entire structure
4. Placement of unlimited number of above-ground stations and unlimited refill of termite bites.
5. Placement of traps inside the covered structure to control existing infestation
6. Dusting of crawling/flying insects and other general pest control.
*BILLING SHALL BE MADE MONTHLY
