Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos & 60/100 (Php7,126,798.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Chicken Layer Shed under the Livestock Economic Enterprise Development Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC of each lot/item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the for the above-titled procurement with the following lot.
