1. The City Government of Mandaue, through the General Fund - Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund - Other Structures (9940-1-07-04-990) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Forty Four Million Eight Hundred Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eight Pesos and 02/100 Centavos (Php44,807,908.02) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Temporary Shelter for Fire Victims - Phase 3 (Vicsal) Brgy. Guizo, Mandaue City (003-2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 180 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
