The Procurement of 1 unit Telemetry Laptop and 1 unit GIS Workstation/Image Processing Laptop with Flight Planning and Image Processing Software

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Region-9, through FY-2024 Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT PESOS (₱1,369,788.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to the payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 unit Telemetry Laptop and 1 unit GIS Workstation/Image Processing Laptop with Flight Planning and Image Processing Software under Bid. Ref No. DENR-9-2025-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Region-9 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 calendar days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
