Description : As part of the continuing thrust to enhance promotional efforts in support of the reboot of Cebu and the Philippines as a global study destination, and to intensify awareness on the newly expanded Education Tourism program, the DOT Central Visayas is in need of a Technical Services Provider to create DOT7-s Education Tourism IEC Content Strategy within January to March of 2023.

The project aims to:
1. Ensure that the virtual IEC materials and video content communicates the right message to the target market to maximize reach and impact;
2. Optimize existing demand and keep visiting students engaged even after their initial certifications and courses for possible repeat registration/enrollment in next-level continuing programs; and
3. Generate more leads, enhance recall of Cebu and the rest of Central Visayas as a prime destination for the expanded education tourism program and make the most of the IEC materials including virtual and other digital assets, and portfolio prints.
