1. The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), through the PLM-s Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Board of Regents for CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Pesos (PhP4,312,000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Technical and Scientific Equipment / 2021-G-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
