  Term of Reference for the Procurement of Team Development Program
  
  I. SCOPE OF WORK
  
  1. Procurement of an eleven-month off-the-shelf pre-made curriculum for Team Development program with the following features:
  a. Aimed at government officers and personnel
  b. Includes module/s on team trust-building
  c. Includes module/s on communication skills, collaboration skills
  d. Includes module/s on commitment building, goal alignment
  e. Includes module/s on team accountability
  f. Includes module/s on employee engagement
  g. Includes service of facilitator during implementation
  h. Each module must accommodate 35 participants.
  2. The curriculum must be implementable on site at the Philippine Coconut Authority, Diliman, Quezon City not later than one month after the Purchase Order.
  
  II. APPROVED BUDGET
  
  The approved budget for the contract is Php 963,200.00 inclusive of VAT
