Description : 1) The National Irrigation Administration Regional Office 7 (NIA-RO 7), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Nine and 00/100 (Php 16,793,299.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Tanjay-Bais River IP, Package 4 (Construction of Lined Canal and Canal Structures), Tanjay City, Negros Oriental with contract no. NOSO-LMC-TANJAY-BAIS-08-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The NIA-RO7 now invites bids for construction of canal and canal structures located in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred (200) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
