Description : T-Shirts for World Teachers- Day Celebration
1. Objective
To provide high-quality T-shirts for the World Teachers- Day Celebration to be distributed to teachers, staff, and participants as part of the event commemoration.
2. Coverage
The scope of work shall cover the production, printing, and delivery of T-shirts according to the required specifications.
3. Specifications
• Material: 100% Cotton or Cotton-Blend, high-quality breathable fabric
• Sizes: Assorted (Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL) based on actual list of participants
• Color: As specified by the Procuring Entity (e.g., White/Custom Color)
• Print: Front and/or back, high-quality silk screen or digital print (event logo, theme, and/or school logo)
• Design: As provided/approved by the Procuring Entity
• Quantity: To be determined based on the number of participants, plus allowance for extras
4. Delivery Requirements
• T-shirts must be neatly packed and properly labeled by size
• Delivery to the school/event venue at least 3 days before the celebration
• Supplier must ensure accuracy of sizes and quantities as per Purchase Order
