REQUEST FOR QUOTATION / PROPOSAL

The Municipal Government of Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo, Cavite through the Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum Sixty-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 69,000.00) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR THE USE OF RURAL HEALTH UNIT, POBLACION II, GEN.
