2 Scope of work (Labor, Tool and Materials) 1 lot
Mobilization/Demolization
Disassembly/Assembly of Alternator back cover
Pull-out exciter field of the generator
Remove and replace busted and old diodes with Brand New ones (6 pcs total)
Perform Megger Testing on all windings of generator
Assess all windings by resistance test Exciter Field (rotor and stator), main stator, main rotor
Submit generator assessment, load test report and recommendations
Testing and Commissioning using Building Load
3 Scope of work (Labor, Tool and Materials) 1 lot
Disassembly of the faulty alternator winding portion(s)
Pull-out copper wires and rewind it with the same wire size
Application of Insulation varnish and baking of the windings
Assembly of all affected alternator winding
Testing and Commissioning using Building Load
