Terms of Reference

1. The Supplier shall allow issuance of petroleum products to Procuring Entity-s (Treatment and Rehabilitation Center- Zamboanga City) vehicles, grass cutter, and generator set with approved fuel slip by the TRC- ZC Supervising Administrative Officer or Agency-s Authorized Representative.

2. The Supplier shall be responsible in dispensing and making available at all times (24/7) and at all branches/ stations the volume or quantity of the items mentioned above throughout the contract period.
