Description : Supply and delivery of the following:

1. 573 Pax
PACKED LUNCH
(For all SB Employees - including COS, COA, Utility & Security)

a. At least three (3) choices of main viand
b. At least one (1) choice of viand vegetables
c. Rice
d. At least one (1) choice of pasta
e. At least one (1) choice of dessert
f. Carbonated drink (canned, at least 330ml)

Additional Requirements:
a. Individually wrapped disposable utensils and tissue
b. Packed lunch shall be placed in a plastic bag for easier distribution (5 packed lunches per plastic bag).
c. With food tasting -subject to evaluation of the food committee (3pax); to provide food sampling within three (3) days from issuance of the Request for Quotation (RFQ)
d. Inclusive of VAT and delivery fee
e. Delivered on or before 10:00 AM, June 4, 2025 at the Sandiganbayan Centennial Building
