Terms of Payment Payment shall be made after delivery, inspection and acceptance of the items. Cash on Delivery shall not be allowed.
Delivery Period The duration of the Contract/Purchase Order (PO) shall be for twelve (12) months and shall commence upon actual rendition of services, which shall not be more than fifteen (15) days from the signing of the Conforme in the PO.
Note: The supplier shall submit the signed “Conforme” in the PO within two (2) calendar days upon receipt thereof.
