Description : Supply and delivery of the following:
1 lot 600 pcs On-site printing of customized/ personalized tote bags good quality flat tote bags at least 12x14 inches (30.5cm x 35.6cm),
•A to Z letters,
•Characters design-pride month theme,
•Good quality print,
•At least 35 tote bags printed per hour,
•With 3 to 4 booths that have printing machine in every booth and;
•3 to 4 personnel per booth
•Date: June 2 to 3, 2025

*Prospective suppliers to submit sample tote bag*

Note: Award shall be on a “per lot” basis.
Terms of Payment: Payment shall be made after delivery, inspection and acceptance of the items. Cash on Delivery shall not be allowed.

Note: The supplier shall submit the signed “Conforme” in the PO within two (2) calendar days upon receipt thereof.
