PERSONNEL SERVICE REQUIREMENT AND EXPECTATIONS
1. Radiologist must be a diplomate/fellow of the Philippine College of Radiology.
2. Radiologist should have alternate certified Radiologist to ensure continuous service.
3. Must have internet connection or mobile access in his/her office/firm.

OPERATIONAL DETAILS:

I. SCOPE SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. To interpret the digital chest x-rays, Mondays to Fridays and to release the results within 24 hours through electronic means or bring the results to the Health Services Office within the same required period.
2. Cost of reading the computerized x-rays shall remain fixed for a period of three years.
3. Digital reading fees for TB patients (included in the National TB program), classified indigents, senior citizens and certified city employees shall be free of charge.

III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
