  4. Bid price must be fixed/final and preferably not Cash on Delivery;
  5. Deliver the vehicle to DA-RFO 8 after the conduct of repair and maintenance;
  6. Must have 15 days to complete the repair and maintenance after receipt of JO;
  7. Repaired item(s) is subject to inspection, evaluation and testing corresponding to the required scope of work/services.
