  A During the opening of quotation, bidder shall submit:
  1. BAI Certificate of Feed Product Registration;
  2. With Certificate of Analysis (CP, Moisture and Aflatoxin test result) from the feed source;
  3. BAI License to Operate if feed mill and/or BAI License to Operate as supplier/retailer/dealer;
  4. Two (2) to three (3) types or brands of feeds that are readily available in local market, with attach brochure. The end-user shall have the right to select the preferred feed brand from the submitted options;
  B Winning bidder shall:
  1. Deliver feeds with manufacturing date not exceeding two (2) months at the time of delivery.
