  1. Governing Laws: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  2. Eligibility and Regulatory Compliance:
  For Organic Fertilizer/Organic Soil Conditioner:
  2.1 A valid Certificate from a recognized organic certifying body in compliance with R.A. No. 10068 (Organic Agriculture Act), such as OCCP and/or BAFS Registered Product;
  2.2 A valid License to Operate/Distribute the said product;
  2.3 A valid Certificate of Analysis from the Source as required/stated in the Purchase Request of the End-User;
  2.4 For first-time suppliers/produce offers - an on-site inspection will be conducted by the Technical Working Group (TWG) to ensure the reliability and availability of said products;
  2.5 Product must be delivered with a minimum expiration of at least one (1) year.
