A. The winning bidder shall;
1. Deliver the Item within 30 Calendar Days after receipt of Purchase Order
2. Deliver the item to Abuyog Experiment Station, Abuyog, Leyte;
3. Notify the DA-RFO 8's Program Coordinator, Regional Seed Coordinator, End User, and GSS one (1) week prior to the delivery
4. Be responsible for the handling and delivery costs to the unforeseen circumstances;
5. Confirm upon notice to any changes in the delivery schedule due to unforeseen circumstances
B. Any delay of delivery of the items shall be subjected to liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the contract price per day of delay of the undelivered items.
