  1 Deliver the seeds free from weevil and pests;
  2 Deliver the items within 30 Calendar Days after receipt of Purchase Order;
  3 Provide personnel for technical assistance in areas where their seeds are being distributed and planted;
  4 Deliver the items to Babatngon Experiment Station;
  5 Be responsible for the handling and delivery costs to the specified drop-off point;
  6 Conform upon written (letter/text) notice to any changes in the delivery schedule due to unforeseen circumstances;
