The winning bidder shall:
1 Have a BAI Certificate of Feed Product Registration and Veterinary Drug and Product (VDAP) Registration/LTO for biologics
2 Have License to Operate if Feeed Mill and/BAI License to Operate as supplier/retailer/dealer
3 Feeds to be deliver should not beyond two (2) months from its manufacturing date.
4 Delivered feed must be free from insects and other contaminants
5 Deliver the feeds to beneficiary's site (Tarangnan, Samar) based on delivery schedule
6 Inform the end user at least three (3) working days before the delivery schedule
7 Abide with the right of the DA/End user to reject and replace of non-compliant to specification within seven (7) days after delivery
8 Any delay of item shall be subjected to liquidated damages equivalent to 10/10 of 1% of the price contract per day of delay of the undelivered items
