4. Must maintain close contact with the end user during the editing. Deliver the IEC materials 60 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order at the DA RFO 8, Tacloban City
5. Payment shall be made after the complete delivery of goods/items of the designated drop-off point, Inspection and Acceptance, Billing, and Submission of Invoice and delivery receipt.
6. Winning bidder shall submit a snapshot of LBP Saving Account to effect payment
