  2. The winning bidder shall submit a proto type to the end user, subject for review prior to mass printing of the said items
  3. Winning bidder shall deliver the Singlet at the DA-RFO 8, DA-RAFIS, Tacloban City.
  4. Winning bidder shall deliver the Race Singlet 20 days after receipt of the Job Order.
  5 Must be PHILGEPs Registered.
  6. Winning bidder shall submit snapshot if LBP Savings Account to effect payment.
